I loved everything especially the staff. The night manager seemed to be about 23 or 25 but was so kind. He upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel and sent water at midnight. Too. The room was like 2 rooms with a table and a sofa. There were 2 sets of french doors from the bedroom to the other area. Beautiful. Finally they only changes the same rate for all 3 nights. It was in a very interesting and safe area of Dallas. That manager I will never forget ever.

Always love this place and the people that own it. I always feel safe and taken care of while I'm here. They are no nonsense type of people and don't play games or allow people to play them. I have alot of respect for this place as well as for the workers/owners. It's always clean and a great value. And being in the area that it is in they do a very good job at keeping it that way.

The smell of cleaning chemicals as soon as i walked in the lobby. Yes, the location is a bit dated but its kept clean. In Suite Spa tub was the bomb!!! So relaxing after a 12 hr drive for me and the hubby. Also brought along my dog, the hotel was pet friendly. Just added it to the reservation.

The location was convenient to Dallas love airport which was the reason for our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our dog was welcome in the room with us.
